Orders

From the On Line Catalogue the client chooses the products and the services he wishes to acquire and places his order to Water Kits Supply using an on line form which needs to be validated following the instructions.

Selling price

The products prices and services are as shown on the Internet catalogue at the time of the order. The price quoted excludes VAT.

If applicable, a shipping cost is clearly mentioned in your basket as well as your order recap and the total invoice amount to pay.

Water Kits Supply will not be held responsible for any mistakes with prices due to automatic or manual input, or problems due to the basket operation or Internet failure.

Unless otherwise stipulated, prices published in our catalogue may be changed, amended, modified at any time without any prior notification. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices on receipt of acknowledgement are firm and nonnegotiable.

Delivery delay / Timescales

Delivery delays are effective from the order and are strictly indicative. A late delivery will not result in any cancellation or indemnities whatever the customer's buying conditions.

Reservations and complaints

The customer must inspect the goods on delivery. If any are damaged or supposedly damaged it's the Client's responsibility to press reservations to the shipping company and to inform Water Kits Supply by registered letter with Acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours.

The client has 48 hours from delivery date to make an alleged complaint for an obvious manufacturing defect or a delivery error and ask for a straight exchange. Past this delay no complaints will be considered. Water Kits Supply will not accept any returns without prior agreement and will not take into account any complaints if the goods are returned without the original or relevant documents justifying the complaint.

Stock unavailability

Water Kits Supply will make every effort to meet customer's satisfaction and fulfill all their orders and services. However Water Kits Supply will not have to accept every order and will not be held responsible towards their clients for any delivery delays or permanent or temporary unavailability of any particular product or service displayed on this site.

Payment

Products and services payment can be made by credit card (encrypted payment), by cheque (after necessary verifications) made payable to Water Kits Supply. Until full payment has been received, Water Kits Supply remains sole proprietor of the delivered goods and reserves the right to recover the goods by all means at its disposal should the Client not pay by the due date.

Guarantee

Products distributed by Water Kits Supply as well as compatible products are guaranteed by their suppliers or respective providers.

IT and freedom

Under the following French Law (art.34 de la loi "Informatique et liberté") the Client has the right to access information concerning him in order to modify or delete it.
